Hi, I'm Estefy.
Bilingual Marketing Strategist & Project Manager
I studied psychology before I studied marketing, and I still start every project with the same question: why would this person say yes? Then I build the system around the answer, from positioning and content to campaigns and the project plan that keeps it all on time.
For 5+ years I've worked with B2B services, healthtech, hospitality and education brands across the US, Canada, the Bahamas and Latin America, in English and Spanish.
I work best with teams that want real strategy, not just tactics, because clarity is where growth starts.
Integrated strategies tied to business goals and market position, so every channel pulls in the same direction.
Campaign coordination, team management and projects that run smoothly, on time and without chaos.
Consumer psychology applied to messaging, funnels and processes, so they're clear, persuasive and easy to sustain.
In 2019 I started an academic advising practice for psychology students. I had to learn digital marketing fast to grow it, and I discovered I loved the strategy side as much as the teaching.
That led me to build a marketing team from zero at a statistical research center, then to lead campaigns for healthtech, hospitality and B2B marketplace brands, and to a Master's in Marketing focused on consumer psychology.
The lesson that connects all of it: every thriving brand, team or project has one thing in common, a clear strategy. Helping people find theirs is my favorite part of the job.
The things I love have one thing in common: they need focus, preparation and a cool head. Turns out that's also how I run projects.
I had just finished my first Oceanman. Salty, exhausted and so proud of myself. Then I checked my phone: my cat was missing.
In one second, pride turned into panic. I cried. I couldn't think straight. I felt a level of stress and anxiety I had never felt in my life. And I was alone, on my motorcycle (Burbuja), 12 hours away from home.
So I made a deal with myself: fall apart later, ride now. I slowed my breathing, focused on the road one curve at a time. Those were the hardest 12 hours I've ever ridden.
When I finally found her, it was pure magic. The tears came back, but this time they were the good kind.
That trip taught me what I now bring to every high-pressure project: feel it, breathe, and then do the next right thing.

No lane lines, no walls. Just preparation, rhythm and trusting the plan.

Long roads, calculated risks and total focus on what's ahead.

Psychology, strategy and a good novel. The nerd in me never takes a day off.

Articles, study guides and ideas I need to think through on paper.

New places, new cultures, new audiences to understand.
Case studies, results and how I run projects, all in one place.
